Refund policy

We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, we do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order delivery date for any unworn pieces that are not final sale.

• Ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges: We’ll cover shipping both ways so you can get the perfect size or style without any extra cost.

Returns for a refund: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.

How to send items back:
Once you create your return label, it must be scanned and accepted by the post office within 10 days for the return to be processed.
