What is your processing time for orders?
The average processing time for shipping an item is 2 to 4 business days. This excludes shipping time depending on the delivery method selected at check out.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, we do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date for any unworn pieces that are not final sale.
- Ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges: We’ll cover shipping both ways so you can get the perfect size or style without any extra cost.
Returns for a refund: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.
How to send items back:
Once you create your return label, it must be scanned and accepted by the post office within 10 days for the return to be processed.
We cannot offer price adjustments for temporary promotions, sales, or discounts. These cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the promotion period.
Do you offer a warranty for your jewelry?
We take pride in the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a 3-month warranty on all items.
Our 3-month warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken chain, faulty clasp)
- Production errors (e.g., incorrect size sent, stamping error on our part)
Please note that the following are not covered under our warranty:
- Regular wear and tear
- Failure to follow jewelry care instructions
- Lost or stolen pieces
- Damage caused by improper use or alterations by a third party
We may request additional information to validate your warranty claim, and The Dainty Forces Co. reserves the right to deny any claims deemed fraudulent or outside the scope of our warranty coverage.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@thedaintyforcesco.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the new shipping address information in your message.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Each of our items is crafted by hand with attention to detail, which requires time. We will keep you informed when your package is shipped via email.
- Standard Ground - 4 to 8 days
- Priority Mail - 1 to 2 days
- Local Pick Up (Oahu) - Free

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that we’ve received it. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send another email with your tracking information so you can monitor its progress. If you haven’t received a confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam folder. What types of metals do you use?
All of our jewelry is crafted with care using high-quality 14k gold filled, rose gold filled, or sterling silver, ensuring both beauty and durability. Each piece is nickel-free, making it a great choice for those with sensitive skin, and is designed to offer lasting elegance and comfort.
What if I order the wrong size?
What if I order the wrong size and want to exchange it?
No worries—we want you to have the perfect fit! If you need a different size, we’ll cover shipping both ways so there’s no extra cost to you. Just email us at info@thedaintyforcesco.com with your order number with the correct size, and we’ll send you a prepaid label to ship your current piece back.
Once you create your return label, it must be scanned and accepted by the post office within 10 days for the exchange to be processed. As soon as we receive your original piece, we’ll send out your new size.
