I purchased this bracelet since my husband is deployed and I wanted something special to have with me every day. Only a few weeks after buying, I had it off because my baby was trying to grab it and my toddler grabbed it and stretched it out. I was devastated and tried to see if I could fix it, then emailed DF to see if they had tips on fixing it at home. Rather than telling me that I couldn't and would need to purchase another if I wanted it to be the right size again, they sent me a new one. I'm so so grateful!! A beautiful dainty bracelet that supports a good cause and reminds me that my husband is working hard every day while he's away from me and our little. Thank you, dainty forces!
